From then on, many discussions have been taking place, voting for and against this. In January 2021, the honorable Supreme Court mentioned that housewives’ value of household work must not be considered any less than the work done by their employed husbands. The Sharjah-based Aries Group has now made this point practical by declaring to provide a salary to their employees’ housewives. Aries is also a company that is currently giving a pension amount to the parents of its employees. Apart from this is this new revolutionary decision of providing a salary to wives as well.
